These terms govern your use of correlworks.com ("Correlworks"), operated by DATAUNION, Seoul, Republic of Korea (contact: correlworks@gmail.com). By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Correlworks provides statistical information about historical price correlations between US-listed securities. Methods and data dates are described on the Methodology page.
2. Not investment advice
All content is for information only. Nothing on Correlworks is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are responsible for your own decisions.
3. Accuracy
Data and results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Data may be out of date; the date of the data is shown on each page.
4. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Premium is offered at the price shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy under its own terms. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. During a limited-time free period no charge is made.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site in bulk, resell or redistribute the data as your own product, interfere with the service, or attempt to access other users' accounts.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DATAUNION is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, Correlworks or its data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
